AHDRA welcomes Media coverage from your organization. In order to maintain regulations regarding contractual obligations and safety when entering restricted areas at AHDRA events, we have established guidelines for obtaining Media/Press credentials.

Media Guidelines

Dear Media Participant,

We are pleased to have you on board for the AHDRA-Screamin' Eagle Performance Parts Championship Series.

Please read over the following guidelines to ensure a safe enjoyable season of racing.

Upon arriving at the gate, advise gate personnel who you are and that you need to be directed to the AHDRA Tech Trailer to pick up your media credentials. Please report directly to the AHDRA Tech Trailer to pick up your media credentials, which will include two passes. Trackside access is not allowed without first following this procedure.

Please display your credential in a visible manner, so that it can be seen from the control tower.

Media credentials are issued to working media only. Family members or anyone accompanying you at the event without a legitimate assignment must purchase a regular admission ticket and are not allowed in the restricted areas.

Media participants must remain Behind the Concrete Barrier and clear of the track surface. Only AHDRA hired and specifically approved media persons are allowed in the burnout and starting line area. No exceptions.

Due to exclusive broadcast rights, absolutely no video recordings can be made without prior consent from AHDRA.

All photographers and print media reps are required to submit articles and photos to be used for print to the AHDRA office, along with a copy of the publication. In order to continue issuing media credentials, it is important that we see your coverage.

Results from AHDRA events are located on www.ahdra.com or copies may be obtained at the conclusion of each day with advance notice.
